We will work closely with buyers to ensure items are sent in the best way possible, balancing security, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Our goal is to make sure collectibles are handled and delivered safely, using the most reliable shipping solutions.

UK Domestic Shipping

We offer various UK shipping options, all of which include tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance for peace of mind.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment.
• UK Special Delivery ensures next-day delivery before 1 PM (excluding weekends).
• International delivery times vary by region:
  • Courier Services: Typically 3-7 working days.

Packaging & Handling

We take great care in packaging items to protect them during transit.

• Comics, books, and collectibles are bagged, boarded, and securely boxed.
• High-value items receive extra protective packaging.

Customs & Import Duties (International Buyers)

• Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
• We cannot mark items as ‘gifts’ or undervalue them to avoid customs fees.

Returns & Shipping Issues

• If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
• Returns are only accepted if an item is significantly different from its auction description.
• If a package is delayed, contact us for tracking assistance.

Seller Shipping Requirements

If Phoenix Auctions has agreed to sell an item on your behalf, you must follow these shipping guidelines:

✅ Send the item to us within 5 days of signing seller agreement from Phoenix Auctions.
✅ Use a tracked and insured service for security and buyer protection.
✅ Once shipped, complete your form emailed from Phoenix Auctions to confirm your tracking number.

If you do not have your order number, please include:

• Item title, issue, and grade
• Your full name (as per your account)

Packaging Instructions for Sellers

To ensure your item arrives safely, please follow these packaging guidelines:
✔️ Wrap comics tightly between several layers of firm, flat cardboard.
✔️ Use bubble wrap or padding to protect the item.
✔️ Secure the item in a sturdy box to prevent movement.
✔️ Avoid shipping tape that could stick to comic bags.

For large shipments:
✔️ Magazine boxes/long boxes should be packed tightly to prevent shifting.
✔️ Place box lids on both top and bottom to protect corners.
