Phoenix Auctions has the facility to capture your data (name, telephone, address, email address and ID**) through our data capture forms on our website. This data is temporarily held within our hosting provider who’s data server is held within the EU. The data, excluding ID, will only be migrated over to our cloud based CRM & billing system in the event that the visitor becomes a paying Buyer or Seller of Phoenix Auctions.
